ServiceNow Business Process Consultant - GRC
Our client is one of the largest players in ServiceNow, who strive to make smarter ways of working in generating transformation, digitization and automation for their customers. They are hiring a ServiceNow GRC Business Process Consultant on a contract basis to join the team remotely and be responsible for the delivery Process Improvement engagement by facilitating the process design and modelling for clients.
Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow GRC Business Process Consultant you will be responsible for the delivery Process Improvement engagements by facilitating the process design and modelling for clients.
You will be taking the clients to the next level of the process maturity.
Be required to support the Business Development teams in pre-sales activity by providing functional and technical support to the Business Development team by building the right solutions based on the clients’ requirements.
Skillset
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology, Engineering or the Sciences
5+ years’ experience process development, management, and improvement
3+ years’ experience in ServiceNow
ServiceNow – Certified System Administrator
Business Process for Implementation
ITIL V3 or 4 (required)
CPDE (required or equivalent)
Agile (desired)
Prosci (desired)
TOGAF (desired)
Six Sigma (desired)
Strong requirements gathering experience.
Ability to work with business users and clients
Strong interpersonal skills, customer-serving attitude, and appreciation for cultural diversity
