Tub Conversion Installation Technician
At Bath Access of New England, we specialize in custom tub to shower conversions and installation of ADA compliant bathroom products by using the exclusive TubcuT® product. Along with custom bathtub conversions, we provide grab bar installation, handrail modifications, glass door shower removal, shower chair install, and more. Our commitment is providing the highest standard of quality in all services while giving the customer the best value and experience possible. We go the extra mile on every job no matter how big or small the work is.
What we are looking for in a candidate is someone who is self motivated and has handy work experience. This is a good opportunity for a recent technical school graduate to develop their knowledge or for someone in a similar trade looking to expand their skills. It is important that a candidate expresses professionalism, good customer service skills, and timeliness. We work with clients who are predominantly elders and/or disabled; having listening skills, patience, and compassion is a must.
We service mainly the whole state of Massachusetts and Rhode Island and occasionally New Hampshire and Maine, so having access to a vehicle is needed.
The ideal candidate should have availability 4-5 days a week. This is a contract job so there are times when we are very busy and also when things slow down depending on the season so the schedule is somewhat flexible depending on workload. When onboarding you will receive hands-on training with one of our experienced technicians.
