At Wellness Pet we are looking to build up our in-house creative team with the addition of a Senior Digital Designer who will be the creative force behind digital campaigns that captivate pet parents and drive real business results. From dynamic digital ads to cutting-edge e-commerce content, you'll create assets that make our brand impossible to ignore. To be successful in this role you must be strong conceptually and creatively, as well as a hands-on designer who is comfortable working with cross-functional teams. This role is based in our Burlington, MA headquarters and reports to the Creative Director.

This individual will be based out of our Burlington office, where we work a required schedule of in-office Monday through Thursday and remote on Fridays.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Lead Digital Campaign Design: Conceptualize and design high-impact digital ads, social content, and e-commerce assets that drive engagement and conversion.
• Elevate E-Commerce Experiences: Partner with brand and e-commerce teams to create visually compelling product pages, banners, and A+ content optimized for top-tier retailers like Amazon, Chewy, and PetSmart.
• Bring Content to Life: Utilize motion graphics, animation, and interactive elements to make our digital content pop and enhance user engagement.
• Data-Driven Design: Leverage performance insights to iterate on creative, optimizing designs for maximum impact and ROI.
• Brand Stewardship: Uphold and evolve Wellness Pet’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints while pushing creative boundaries.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with marketing, product, and external partners to translate strategic goals into standout creative.
• Creative Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and design technologies to keep our content fresh and relevant.

In addition, for this specific role, we need someone who:

• 7+ years of experience in digital design with a focus on digital ads including programmatic, display and paid social
• A strong background designing state-of-the-art PDP and Ecomm assets for retailers that are brand-right and drive sales
• The ability to multi-task and work through challenges, adhere to assigned deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Experience as well as a successful track record of working with cross-functional teams that include internal and external partners
• Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite with a focus on designing and animating in Photoshop
• Work in consumer-based brands and CPG a plus
