Front of House Manager

Epigram Brew Co. is where award-winning beer meets unforgettable hospitality. Our 350-seat brewpub and production brewery features 16 rotating beers on tap, a scratch kitchen with a craft-focused pub menu, and a distribution network that moves more than 1,000 barrels annually. We’re growing fast and preparing for our next stage of expansion—and we’re looking for a service-obsessed leader to help us raise the bar.

• Deliver a “Wow” Guest Experience – Lead daily service, greet guests, handle escalations, and ensure consistent, high-quality hospitality.
• Build & Lead a Winning Team – Recruit, hire, train, and inspire servers, bartenders, hosts, bussers, runners, and barbacks. Coach performance and celebrate success.
• Drive Operational Excellence – Oversee scheduling, labor costs, opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with health and alcohol service regulations.
• Boost Sales & Profitability – Track key metrics (labor %, guest check averages, guest satisfaction) and implement initiatives to grow to-go beer sales, merchandise, loyalty club memberships, and private event bookings.
• Collaborate Across Departments – Partner with the Kitchen Manager and Brewery team to coordinate menu changes, beer releases, and special events.

• Proven success leading high-volume, full-service operations (brewpub, restaurant, or hospitality venue).
• Passion for hospitality and team development, with a hands-on leadership style.
• Strong skills in scheduling, cost control, and conflict resolution.
• Understanding of craft beer culture and alcohol service regulations (TIPS certification preferred).
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Competitive base salary: $65,000 – $80,000 (commensurate with experience).
