Class A Dedicated Delivery Driver

18 Wheels USA is recruiting truck drivers for our highest-paying dedicated fleet in the Northeast. This is a 100% touch freight position designed for drivers who are physically fit and want to earn over $104,000 a year without going OTR. If you are willing to work, handle manual unloading, and drive with precision, this fleet offers earning potential that rivals most owner-operator roles.

Pay & Benefits:

• Annual Salary: Up to $104,000

• Weekly Average: $1,500 - $1,750 (Top earners avg. $2,200 - $2,400)

• Unload Pay: $240 per trailer

• NYC Borough Pay: $250 per delivery

• Backhaul Pay: $105 per load

• Weekly Incentive: $50 for full work week availability

• Support: 24/7 experienced staff to assist you.

Home Time:

• Weekly: Minimum weekly home time.

• Schedule: Routes require night driving.

Responsibilities:

• Operate as a dedicated truck driver covering CT, MA, NH, VT, NY, RI, and ME.

• Manually unload freight at stores using rollers.

• Interact professionally with store managers during deliveries.

• Run approximately 1,500 miles and complete 5 loads per week to hit pay targets.

Requirements:

• CDL Class A as well as 3 Months of experience – Required.

• Clean MVR and DOT exam.

• Night Driving – Must be comfortable and safe driving during overnight shifts.

• Customer Service – Patience and a professional attitude are essential for store interactions.
