Bilingual Data Credentialing Representative

Are you detail-oriented and fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole? We’re looking for someone like you to help keep our community resource directory accurate and up to date! This role offers $22/hr as a Bilingual Data Credentialing Representative, where you’ll be the go-to person for confirming and updating essential referral information, all while working with a team that values precision and collaboration.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Making outbound calls to referral contacts to verify their details
• Filling out update forms and keeping everything organized
• Quickly and professionally responding to voicemails and emails
• Managing data across different software tools
• Teaming up to make sure all records are consistent and accurate

What You’ll Need:

• Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese, or Creole
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, data entry, credentialing, or something similar
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A sharp eye for detail and accuracy
• Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal
