Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer II to join our marketing team. This role involves designing and updating marketing materials across print and digital formats, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring brand consistency. The ideal candidate will have advanced design skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Desig n and update marketing materials across print and digital platforms.
2. Collaborate with copywriters and marketing teams on campaign concepts.
3. Support senior designers with execution, revisions, and quality control.
4. Prepare files for production and ensure accuracy in final deliverables.
5. Assist in presentations to stakeholders and contribute creative input.
6. Manage multiple projects with support from project managers.
7. Coordinate with video, animation, and production teams to ensure cohesive output.
8. Plan, analyze, and create visual solutions to communication challenges.
9. Develop layouts and production designs for publications, web interfaces, and presentations.
10. Create charts, graphs, and visual assets from provided data.

Required Qualifications

1. Ass ociate’s degree in Design or Graphic Design certificate required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. 2–4 years of professional design experience.
3. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
4. Strong understanding of branding systems and design principles.
5. Experience with both print and digital design production.
6. Creativity, problem-solving ability, and strong verbal/written communication skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

1. Experience in financial services or insurance marketing.
2. Proficiency in Figma.
3. Basic knowledge of motion/animation workflows.
4. Ability to visualize in 2D and 3D and understand aesthetic aspects of desi gn.

Certifications (if any)

1. No formal certifications required; relevant design or creative certifications are a plus.
