Your mission

Own end‑to‑end functional testing: set up, execute, record, and sign off. You’ll plumb hydraulic circuits correctly, bring systems up safely, monitor analog gauge readings, and act fast when you spot anomalies—troubleshooting root causes, correcting, and retesting until performance is right.

Core responsibilities

• Prepare and run functional tests on bellows, assemblies, and finished parts
• Decode technical drawings and adhere to written work instructions
• Apply mechanical tools and test equipment to confirm conformance
• Detect issues, implement fixes, and verify results
• Keep quality and productivity front and center
• Log data and track jobs using basic computer applications
• Elevate the team—coach others and share hard‑won knowledge

What it takes

• Hands‑on mechanical aptitude with a problem‑solver’s mindset
• Comfort reading prints/schematics and following detailed procedures
• Uncompromising attention to detail and safety
• Hydraulic plumbing experience (hoses, valves, regulators)
• Proven safe practice with high‑pressure systems exceeding 6,000 PSI
• Ability to read and interpret analog pressure gauges

Compensation

Earn $23.00–$28.00 per hour; roles worked on second shift receive a 15% premium. Final rate based on your experience, skills, and qualifications.
