Job Title: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – IV Therapy / Vascular Access
Location: Hyannis, MA
Duration: 13 Weeks | Schedule: 40 hrs/week
Shift: Rotating Days & Evenings (7:30 AM – 11:30 PM range)
Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend & rotating holidays
Pay Rate: $2,734 – $2,996/week
Position Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced RN specializing in IV therapy and vascular access to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care setting. Responsibilities include venipuncture, peripheral IVs, midlines, and PICC line management, along with collaboration across clinical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care using the nursing process
- Perform IV therapy: venipuncture, peripheral IVs, midlines, PICC lines
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates
- Support team as charge nurse/resource when needed
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Active RN License – Massachusetts
- BLS Certification
- Graduate of accredited nursing program
- Strong IV therapy & vascular access experience
- Recent peripheral IV experience (including pediatrics/newborns)
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred
- PICC line & ultrasound-guided IV experience
- CRNI certification (or willingness to obtain)
- BSN preferred
