Job Title: Pipeline Operator
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Location: Springfield, MA
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Pipeline Operator to operate and monitor production equipment used in the fabrication process. The successful candidate will ensure products are manufactured according to specifications while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor pipeline production equipment.
- Perform quality checks throughout the production process.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report maintenance needs.
- Read and follow production schedules and work instructions.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Meet daily production goals while ensuring quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing machine operation experience required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read measurements and production specifications.
- Dependable and safety-focused.
