$90,000 - $120,000 at plan commission

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial goals are understood and met.
• Develop personalized financial strategies that align with clients' needs, leveraging New York Life's comprehensive resources.
• Collaborate with a dedicated mentor and sales development manager to enhance your advisory skills and client service.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the most current advice.
• Utilize New York Life's NYLIC University to continuously expand your knowledge and expertise in financial services.
• Engage in community outreach to build your network and establish yourself as a trusted advisor in the Boston-Quincy area.
• Work closely with product consultants to tailor solutions that best fit clients' evolving financial situations and objectives.

• Experience in financial advisory or insurance sales, with a proven track record of meeting client needs.
• Ability to develop and implement personalized financial strategies that align with clients' goals.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ability to stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide current advice.
• Experience collaborating with mentors and sales managers to enhance advisory skills.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage in community outreach and network building.
• Ability to work closely with product consultants to tailor solutions for clients' evolving financial situations.
