Customer Service Representative
We're looking for a dedicated and client-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day client interactions within a structured, advisor-supported environment. In this role, you will assist clients by providing clear guidance, coordinating schedules, and helping ensure each experience is smooth, organized, and handled with care from start to finish.
You'll work closely with assigned advisors to manage client requests, respond to questions, and provide timely updates related to scheduling, confirmations, and overall coordination. This fully remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and delivering consistent, high-quality service.
What You'll Do:
Provide support to clients in coordination with their assigned advisor
Respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Ensure clear and consistent communication throughout each interaction
