We are currently seeking part time and full time positions for ABA Therapist to implement ABA services as designed and supervised by a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Primary Responsibilities of an ABA Therapist include:
- Builds rapport and communicates effectively with clients and caregivers.
- Implements all program objectives, current skill acquisition programming and behavior intervention plan or protocol.
- Collects and maintains data as instructed by supervising BCBA/LBA.
- Maintains cultural sensitivity across diverse clientele
- Continuously develops understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis and applies information learned in training and during on-site consultations to their work.
- Communicates needs in regards to consultation and feedback to BCBA/LBA on all assigned cases.
All Candidates Must Maintain:
- A valid driver’s license
- A current auto insurance policy
Minimum Physical Requirements:
- Ability to move easily between sitting and standing. Ability to maintain a safe, supportive environment by quickly responding to clients as needed
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
