We provide state-of-the-art clinical treatment and individualized academic instruction for students ages 3-22 with a wide variety of diagnoses, remaining focused on a commitment to being a “safety net” for students who most need the help. Job Description/Requirements:

• The Teaching Assistant is responsible for maintaining a safe, nurturing setting in which our students can thrive, working in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
• This is a 10-month (school year) position that follows Massachusetts schools’ vacations and holidays. Part-time and full-time positions are available
• We are looking for positive, energetic, and flexible applicants that can complement Lighthouse’s amazing culture. Patience, strong communication skills, and a good sense of humor are strongly recommended
• High School or equivalent diploma is required, an Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
