Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

We’re seeking a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face of our Massachusetts office. In this role, you’ll ensure the office runs smoothly while supporting engineers, project managers, and clients on projects that shape the built environment.
Based in Norwood (relocating to Quincy), you’ll manage daily office operations, greet visitors, handle calls and correspondence, and assist with project documentation and deliveries. Your organization, initiative, and attention to detail will help keep both our office and our projects running efficiently every day.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the welcoming, professional presence for staff, clients, and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
- Support project teams with administrative and document preparation tasks, including printing, assembling, and coordinating submittals and plan sets.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, packages, and specialized mailings related to engineering projects.
- Maintain day-to-day office operations by ordering supplies, coordinating vendor services, and ensuring equipment and workspaces stay organized and functional.
- Assist with meeting coordination, company events, and internal communications to keep the team connected and informed.
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and technical staff, taking ownership of small but important details that keep projects moving.
