Join us as we digitally connect the world and shape the future. **The Role** Responsible for working with new partners entering the Lumen ecosystem to determine their feasibility and viability, as well as the best Go-to-market motion with that partner. To best determine feasibility and viability the Partner Incubation Manager will work across Lumen, engaging with various groups to participate in the analysis and help gain consensus on the best way to operationalize the partnership. **The Main Responsibilities** + Manage pipeline of solution ideas + Create partner feasibility studies (including business case and ROI for any investment) + Develop GTM approach + Align teams around Lumen to gain consensus around GTM approach for partners + Prepare for onboarding of partners with operational team(s) + Define Approach/Plan with Partners + Work with Partner Experience team to hand off for onboarding + Participate in initial scoping sales calls and assist the Partner and Lumen in closing advanced PoC opportunities + Maintain current, in-depth knowledge of the features and benefits of Lumen's Products and roadmap. + Attend partner and/or customer meetings and partner events, as required **What We Look For in a Candidate** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience. 8+ years of related experience - Proven success of building strong relationships and partnerships - Advanced understanding of company's telecommunications products and network capabilities - Minimum of intermediate understanding of company financial measures and advanced understanding of telecommunications industry and indirect sales model - Ability to travel an average of 25% Preferred Qualifications: - Proven ability to operate with a strategic, design thinking mindset: o Empathy towards the partner o Innovation in solutioning o Ideation to find the best Go-to-market model o Testing everything we do to get better every day. **Compensation** This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
