University Admin/Travel Assistant - $25/hr (hybrid schedule)
Are you detail-oriented and thrive in a dynamic work environment? We are seeking a University Admin/Travel Assistant to join a close-knit, supportive team at a prestigious university. In this hybrid role, you will split your time between on-campus and remote work, spending Mondays in the office and working remotely from Tuesday through Friday. The position starts immediately. Responsibilities:
- Ensure all expenses comply with university travel policies and guidelines
- Liaise with staff to address any discrepancies or missing information
- Handle confidential information and maintain secure systems
- Support the preparation of reports and the management of travel expenditure records
- Aid the Senior Travel Assistant with special projects or urgent tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in expenses and reimbursements required
- Excellent attention to detail and relevant administrative experience
