Job Title: Production Floater

Location: Northampton, MA 01060

Work Schedule:
• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift available: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Valid MA driver’s license required
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, reaching, bending, and pushing

Responsibilities:
• Operate production equipment and manage product manufacturing from raw materials to final quality control
• Produce different product types according to production schedules
• Perform mixing, extrusion, drying, cutting, and firing processes to meet production requirements
• Track and manage materials and supplies to maintain production flow
• Troubleshoot production or quality issues with engineering and management teams
• Complete production and quality documentation
• Start up, shut down, and clean production equipment
• Adjust processing parameters to meet product specifications
• Store raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods properly
• Operate forklifts to move materials and products
• Package finished goods and prepare shipments as needed
• Load and unload trucks when required
• Maintain equipment and clean work areas
