  • Act as front-of-house to physician and executive speakers and attendees, delivering a seamless, professional experience.
  • Oversee vendors and logistics, including booth design, venue sourcing, hotel coordination, AV, transportation, and shipping.
  • Manage budgets and KPIs, tracking spend, performance, and ROI across all event activities.
  • Develop compelling event promotional materials, including landing pages, signage, and collateral (with internal and external support as needed).
  • Innovate continually, introducing creative, sustainable, and cost-effective ideas to enhance event impact.

We Value GRIT, So You'll Fit In if:

  • G — Growth: You constantly improve how events are executed—optimizing logistics, budgets, and impact with every iteration.

  • Experience managing international events and travel coordination.
  • Polished interpersonal and communication skills—you thrive as a front-line representative to physician and executive audiences.
  • Expert-level project management and organizational skills.
