Engagement & Events Manager
- Lead end-to-end event execution across our annual calendar of tradeshows, conferences, and hosted experiences—including internal comms, housing, registration, and staff briefings.
- Spearhead signature white-glove summits in the U.S. and Europe, convening 50–100+ physician partners in premium, educational, and highly engaging environments.
- Own and produce monthly virtual Fireside Chat series, spotlighting industry experts and internal thought leaders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Partnerships, Professional Services, and Executive Leadership to define goals, messages, and programming.
- Act as front-of-house to physician and executive speakers and attendees, delivering a seamless, professional experience.
- Oversee vendors and logistics, including booth design, venue sourcing, hotel coordination, AV, transportation, and shipping.
- Manage budgets and KPIs, tracking spend, performance, and ROI across all event activities.
- Develop compelling event promotional materials, including landing pages, signage, and collateral (with internal and external support as needed).
- Innovate continually, introducing creative, sustainable, and cost-effective ideas to enhance event impact.

- 7+ years of experience in event marketing and execution, with a strong portfolio of both virtual and in-person programs across varying sizes and geographies.
- Experience managing international events and travel coordination.
- Polished interpersonal and communication skills—you thrive as a front-line representative to physician and executive audiences.
- Expert-level project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with project management and marketing tools (e.g., Asana, HubSpot, etc.)
- Location: Hybrid role at headquarters in Cambridge, MA or NYC Travel: Up to 20% domestically and internationally
