Press Operator

Heat Seal Press Operator Level 1

The Heat Seal Press Operator level 1 is responsible for transferring heat applied decorations to product while maintaining a high level of quality and production. The hourly pay range reflects the actual compensation that Ahead, LLC; the employer reasonably expects to pay for the position at the time of hire. The final offer will be determined by a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.

$16.00 - 19.00 per hour

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed production standards.
• Meet and exceed quality standards.
• Verifying products and components are correct for order.
• Prepare products for production.
• Prepare heat press for production.
• Ensure excellent quality for decorations/products produced.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to move around the facility.
• Ability to move, reach, kneel and crouch.
• Ability to use hands, fingers, and arms to touch, handle, pinch, or grasp.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed

Work Environment:

• Exposure to moderate noise level.

Vision Requirement:

• Close vision
• Color vision
• Ability to adjust focus.

Personal Protective Equipment:

• Closed toe footwear is required when entering the Production Floor.

Schedule:

• 7:00 am 3:30 pm Monday Friday with Overtime (Saturday 7am noon) as required.
