Customer Experience Representative (AGAWAM)

Pay Starting at: $15.00/Hour
Responsibilities:- Providing an enjoyable and memorable experience by greeting guests and providing superior service
- Operating Point of Sale (POS) registers, receiving money and returning proper change with reasonable accuracy and efficiency
- Performing sales and customer service functions including addressing questions and concerns, and answering questions about park product
- Demonstrating a friendly and pleasant demeanor
- Maintaining a clean and safe sales area and work environment
- Communicating effectively with lead or supervisor
- Stocking bins, shelves, and displays with various merchandise
- Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies
- Assisting in other areas of the Retail and Rentals Department
- Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
- Friendly, outgoing personality inviting guests to your cart, shop, or register
- Ability to work in an environment as fast-paced as our coasters
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to the Six Flags mantra
- Positive attitude to make guests excited about their purchases
- Have a passion for shopping
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be 15 years or older
- Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift
- Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
- Willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; including a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.
