Site Analyst
**SUMMARY:
**
Responsible for the day-to-day support of the Group’s manufacturing sites. Responisble for both hardware and application support, following specific processes developed and published by the IT department.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
**include but are not limited to:
Troubleshooting, repairing and configuring of IT hardware and applications.
Coordination of third party hardware support.
Train end users on the use of applications and hardware.
Assist in date acquisition and analysis.
Document requirements for new/updated functionality or equipment.
Manage IT projects.
Mantain an inventory of IT equipment and software.
Understand and follow the Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS).
**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
**¨NBSP;
BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related business field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
