Cash Management Specialist

Position Summary:

Responsible for processing invoices and payment of addition the position will include processing sales weekly check/ach runs expense reports various projects 1099s and maintaining vendor relationships.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following

  • Download daily cash receipts / deposits from various bank websites.
  • Reconcile daily bank deposits to daily cash postings.
  • Initiate and maintain tickets in ticketing system for each daily cash deposit variance that is identified.
  • Coordinate with operations team and resolve deposit discrepancies and issues.
  • Work closely with Loss Prevention on shortages/missing deposits.
  • Reconcile all credit cards gift cards and delivery app receipts to General Ledger.
  • Paid out auditing.
  • Special projects as needed.

Skills/qualifications

High Schooldiploma associate degree preferred but required.

1 to 2 years ofrelevant work experience in the accounting field required.

Ability tomultitask prioritize assignments and strong attention to detail.

Strongproficiency using Microsoft Excel

Strongcommunication skills

Ability to workas part of a team or independently self-starter.
