Job Title: Material Handler
Job Description

As a Material Handler, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse. You will be responsible for conducting inventory audits and cycle counts, operating warehouse machinery, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Update records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Safely operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Facilitate the movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards.

• Proficiency in material handling and inventory management.
• Experience with loading, packing, and general labor tasks.
• Skillful operation of pallet jacks, sit-down forklifts, and stand-up forklifts.
• Capability in order picking and using RF scanners.
• Experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse inventory control.

• Experience with loading trucks and order picking.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and use RF scan guns.
• Familiarity with packaging and reach trucks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bellingham, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
