Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active MA state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other settings post-clinicals.
- Experience with Raintree EMR preferred.
- Completion of three HealthStream modules required pre-assignment; agency provides reimbursement upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked (reimbursement details provided by recruiter).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel therapist experience preferred.
- Familiarity with productivity expectations in high-volume outpatient clinics (approximately 55–63 patients/week, typically two treatments per hour and one-hour evaluations) preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift hours: 08:00–18:30.
- Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
- Schedule flexibility required. Must be open to two evenings per week with coverage until 19:00.
- Schedule options may include 5x8, 4x9+4, or 4x10s.
- EMR: Raintree.
- Productivity expectations: approximately 55–63 patients per week.
- Flexible start date.
- May be required to follow facility cancellation notice policies (30-day cancel notice referenced).
