BVTi Evening Instructor - Electrical (Continuing Education 15 hours)

Duration: Fall 2026 (flexible evening schedule), approximately 15-21 hours. Description: MA electrical continuing education instructor instructs licensed electricians on the 2026 NEC and MA amendments. Responsibilities and Duties: 1.Create and update lesson plans covering the 2026 National Electrical Code (NEC) and MA amendments.2.Monitors student progress throughout the program and accommodates the needs of individual students as they may arise.3.Responsible for the maintenance of individual records for each student.4.Helps to maintain a safe, clean and secure instructional environment for adult learners.5.Analyzes data and student feedback to develop appropriate recommendations for future classes.6.Ensure all training adheres to MA Board of State Examiners of Electricians standards.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Compensation: 1.Based on credentials, approvals and experience, the successful candidate will be paid within an hourly range of $60.00 - $70.00/hour NTE 21 hours for services rendered, payment contingent upon completion of course content.2.Payment contingent upon completion of all responsibilities, as required to meet program outcomes and approved by the Director of BVTi.3.Payroll Time Sheet invoices must be completed and submitted to the program Director for payment.4.This is a non-benefit temporary position.Recommended Jobs
