St. Patrick's Manor Nursing & Rosarie Center located in Framingham, MA has an exciting opportunity available for a Full-time and PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join their new in-house therapy team!

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)to join our in-house therapy team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, a strong communicator, and committed to helping residents regain independence and improve their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Occupational Therapist in providing high-quality occupational therapy services to residents.
- Carry out treatment plans designed to help residents develop or regain daily living and work skills.
- Document resident progress, responses, and outcomes in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Educate residents and families on treatment plans and progress.
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment environment.
Qualifications:
- Current State COTA License (or eligible)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- CPR certification (preferred)
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
