Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Concord, Massachusetts (zip 01742) – Greater Boston area
• Healthcare Setting: Med/Surg Unit (Wheeler 5) with Telemetry
• Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN)
• Start Date: September 22, 2025
• End Date: December 20, 2025
• Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7p-7a), 3 shifts per week
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2100-$2150

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience in a hospital or acute care setting
• Telemetry nursing experience preferred
• Proficiency with Meditech electronic medical records (EMR)
• Ability to float to similar medical-surgical or telemetry units as needed
• Successful completion of Telemetry competency test on first day of orientation
• Willingness to work every other weekend and every other holiday as scheduled

Med/Surg RN Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a Med/Surg and telemetry environment
• Monitor and interpret telemetry rhythms as part of patient assessments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in Meditech EMR
• Float to other medical-surgical or telemetry units as required to support hospital staffing
• Participate in orientation and complete all required competency and skills assessments
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and patient-centered environment for all patients and staff
