Branch Service Representative
Taunton Federal Credit Union is looking to hire a service oriented individual to assist our members with a variety of financial transactions and servicing. If you enjoy working in customer service, but are looking for a career and potential for advancement, this is the position for you. The Branch Service Representative establishes and builds relationships with our members through service. Full Time position is 40 hours per week including Saturday and Sunday rotation. Candidate must have flexibility to be scheduled as needed.

Essential Functions
- Process member transactions including check cashing, deposits and loan payments.
- Perform account servicing requests both in person and via telephone.
- Answer phones and conduct appropriate research to resolve member inquiries.
- Educate members on products and services that could benefit them.
Qualifications/Education/Experience/Personal Characteristics:
- 2 years cash handling experience preferably in a bank or credit union setting.
- High energy level, good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and follow up on tasks.
- Ability to plan and organize, handle multiple priorities and stressful situations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Strong computer skill including MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work branch hours as needed including Saturday.
Bilingual English/Portuguese or English/Spanish is a plus.
