What must be accomplished:
- In-home sales.
- Take measurements of existing equipment.
- Properly Size and design new installation.
- Site visit with subtrades (pre job walks with install manager).
- Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
- Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
- Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing.
How will success be measured:
- Maintain a 25%-30% conversion goal.
- Be able to sell $1Mil in revenue in your first full year with the company.
- Proven track record in outside sales (3+ years in home sales).
- Construction log
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Communication skills (written and verbal).
- Customer service skills.
- Detailed oriented.
- Team player.
- Good presentation and public speaking skills.
- IT competent, previous experience with Microsoft Office and the latest sales applications.
- Familiar with local codes and can speak to company product lines.
- Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Highly motivated and flexible.
