Sales Advisor - Luxury Goods #0610
Our client, an esteemed luxury fashion house, is looking for a talented Sales Associate to join their Nantucket boutique. This position provides the chance to represent a celebrated brand known for its rich heritage while creating bespoke experiences for sophisticated clientele. The successful candidate will blend deep product knowledge with relationship-driven sales techniques, serving as a true ambassador for the brand's artistry, design vision, and distinguished legacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with regional leadership and boutique colleagues to meet revenue objectives and foster a culture of excellence
- Build thorough knowledge across all product lines including seasonal pieces, footwear, accessories, and ready-to-wear
- Support seasonal launches, exclusive client events, trunk shows, and private appointments in line with the fashion calendar
- Communicate the brand's legacy, artisanal techniques, sourcing practices, and creative vision to deepen client connection and appreciation
- Uphold boutique visual standards following brand aesthetic guidelines and merchandising protocols
- Provide outstanding, tailored service that embodies the brand's ethos and creates lasting impressions for affluent customers
- Oversee stock management, inventory organization, and liaise with operations and distribution teams
- Process sales transactions with precision and confidentiality, following established systems and procedures
- Achieve sales excellence through comprehensive collection knowledge, advisory selling approaches, and alignment with company-wide goals
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in meeting and surpassing sales objectives within a structured luxury retail setting
- Willingness to work retail schedules including holidays, weekends, and special occasions
- Polished personal style and professional presence befitting luxury fashion standards
- At least 3 years working in high-end fashion retail, ideally with prestigious global brands
- Strong organizational abilities with careful attention to operational processes and compliance
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills while upholding brand identity
- Ability to regularly lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds
- Proven capacity to cultivate client relationships using CRM platforms and brand systems
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with luxury retail technology systems and digital client engagement tools
- Knowledge of collection cycles and fashion seasonality frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in multi-category luxury retail including accessories, ready-to-wear, or footwear
