CRM Manager
Location: Boston, MA
Based in Boston, this is a hybrid position that requires 2-3 days in the office.

We are seeking a dynamic leader to accelerate e-commerce growth and elevate customer engagement across owned channels. In this role, you will drive CRM strategy and execution, manage key technology platforms and partners, and ensure a seamless user experience. You will enhance site performance through personalization, new customer experiences, and strategic merchandising across email and SMS. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of eCommerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee content creation and publishing across website, email, SMS, and digital campaigns, ensuring consistent brand storytelling
- Build and optimize email and SMS messages, including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, loyalty, and re-engagement flows
- Analyze customer behavior and performance trends to inform personalized content strategy, campaign planning, and optimizations
- Conduct A/B testing across site, email, and SMS to improve user experience and drive channel KPIs.
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, creative, and digital partners to execute campaigns and align initiatives with business objectives
- Manage vendors and technology partners to resolve issues, enhance capabilities, and support ongoing optimizations across site and CRM platforms
- Help lead channel reporting, identify growth opportunities, and run optimization projects across eCommerce and CRM
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or content management—preferably within retail or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of digital and CRM platforms (Shopify, Klaviyo, ERP system) and connectivity between each
- Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics)
- Excellent writing, editing, and content management skills
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced retail environment.
The annual salary for this role is expected to be between $70,000 and $90,000 depending on a combination of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and industry knowledge.
