HOTEL ROOMS DIVISION INTERN (Evening Shifts)

We’re looking for a Room Division Intern to join our dynamic team and get hands-on experience in the heart of hotel operations. This is the perfect opportunity for someone exploring a future in the hospitality industry — all while working in a fast-paced, people-centered environment!

What You’ll Do:

• Greet and check in guests with a smile
• Assist with reservations, room assignments, and guest questions
• Handle minor requests and solve problems like a hospitality superhero
• Learn hotel systems, guest service protocols, and the magic of making someone feel at home
• Collaborate with a supportive, fun, and friendly front office team
• Provide leadership and direction for all housekeeping and laundry activities for the hotel to ensure the highest level of cleanliness for both the guest rooms and public areas.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, & heart of the house for cleanliness.
• Update room statuses in the computer.
• Ensure housekeeping requests from guests or management are responded to in a timely, efficient, & friendly manner.
