We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Senior Administrative Assistant to provide top-tier support. This role involves managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting attorneys and high-net-worth clients. Responsibilities:
- Draft, revise, and submit legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Accurately manage manual and electronic filings, adhering to all submission guidelines
- Oversee attorney schedules, arrange meetings, and monitor critical deadlines
- Prepare and process client billing statements with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery
- Organize and maintain case files for a document-heavy legal practice
- Offer general administrative support by tracking deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assisting with daily operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with MS Office Suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
