Whether you’re working on our Rehabilitation, Medical, or Transitional Care Unit, you’ll be part of a community of clinicians who care about outcomes, relationships, and each other. What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients across a broad spectrum of clinical conditions
- Collaborate closely with Physiatrists, Neurologists, OT/PT/SLP professionals, and other members of a truly multidisciplinary care team
- Contribute to a culture of excellence, communication, and continuous learning
- Support patients through recovery in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTCH), Inpatient Rehab Facility (IRF), Transitional Care Unit (TCU), and select outpatient environments
- Current Massachusetts license to practice Physical Therapy or a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in an inpatient or multidisciplinary care setting is a plus—but if you’re newer and eager to learn, we want to hear from you too
