We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Dispatcher to join our team at Jack Madden Ford Sales Inc. In this role, you will coordinate and schedule automotive service appointments, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians to meet customer service needs promptly and efficiently.
• Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and customers to ensure smooth operations within the service department.
• Manage service appointment bookings via phone, email, and in-person requests.
• Maintain accurate records of all service orders, technician assignments, and customer communications.
• Handle any scheduling conflicts and reschedule appointments as needed to optimize workflow.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist in resolving customer inquiries or concerns.

• Previous experience in dispatching, preferably in an automotive service environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
