Were looking for an experienced and skilled Opening Lead Barista to join our front-of-house team and help us deliver incredible guest experiences, one handcrafted drink and perfectly packed order at a time. If you love coffee, crave connection, and thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven space, youll fit right in. What Youll Do
- Open the restaurant and set the tone for the day
- Take guest orders with warmth and efficiency
- Manage and package takeout orders for pickup
- Oversee coffee and tea inventory , ensuring everything is stocked and fresh
- Craft sauces and syrups for our signature scratch-made drinks
- Put away incoming orders and stay on top of your side work
- Work side-by-side with a dedicated team to exceed guest expectations
- A morning person with strong barista experience
- Obsessed with delivering top-notch hospitality
- A detail-oriented multitasker who thrives under pressure
- Comfortable opening shop and taking the lead on a busy shift
- Passionate about good food, great drinks, and being part of a team that supports the local community
- A people person who can brighten someones morning with a smile (and a killer oat milk latte)
