Esler Companies | Renewal by Andersen is looking to hire a Sales Retention Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in understanding customer needs and helping re-establish opportunities when a sale is cancelled.

Responsibilities
- Contact homeowners to uncover the reason for a cancelled sale.
- Use structured questions to understand concerns and help reduce customer resistance.
- Recommend and schedule follow‑up in‑home visits when appropriate.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with homeowners to determine needs and create positive experiences.
- Meet or exceed appointment goals within established guidelines
- Deliver world‑class service to every prospect, customer, and teammate.
- Accurately enter customer data into our system.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of successful phone‑based sales experience.
- Strong follow‑through and a reliable, fast‑paced work style.
- A sense of urgency and consistent ability to deliver results.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and relationship‑building skills.
- Comfort in a high‑energy environment with constant activity.
- Adaptability and a willingness to both give and receive feedback.
- Strong organization and prioritization abilities.
