About the role
Quality roofers are in short supply across Greater Boston. Nuvex Nova connects experienced roofing professionals with vetted residential clients who need legitimate roofing work — not patch jobs from unqualified contractors.
What You'll Be Doing:Shingle repairs and replacements, flat roof patching and membrane repairs, leak detection and sealing, flashing repairs, gutter work, and full section replacements on residential properties across Greater Boston. Specialist-tier jobs require verified licensing. What a Day Looks Like:
Jobs are matched to your experience level, trade, and location. You claim what fits your schedule and capacity, show up with your crew or solo, complete the job, and log any materials used. The platform handles billing and client management. How Payouts Work:
Hourly rate based on your verified tier. Materials logged separately and reimbursed. Direct deposit every Friday.
What you'll need
- Roofing license required for Specialist-tier jobs
- Verifiable trade experience for Standard and Verified Pro tiers
- Reliable transportation and tools
- Pass background check and license verification
- Complete trade assessment prior to activation
