About JG Charcuterie:

JG Charcuterie is a boutique charcuterie, wine & provisions shop in Sharon, MA focused on beautiful presentation, quality ingredients, and creating an elevated but welcoming experience for every guest. We're a small but growing business that values detail, creativity, and community.

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented food stylist & retail associate to join our growing team. This role blends food styling, customer service, and day to day shop support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, notices the little details, and takes pride in beautiful presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Assembling and styling charcuterie boards & grab -and -go items
• Slicing meats and prepping ingredients
• Prepping and assembling sandwiches (focaccia, baguette, seasonal specials)
• Pouring wine and assisting guests with pairings (must be 21+)
• Maintaining visual standards of the retail space
• Assisting customers with orders and recommendations
• Restocking inventory and light cleaning
• Assisting with in-store workshops and private events as needed

Qualifications:

• Hospitality or food experience preferred
• Serve Safe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• knowledge of food safety and allergen awareness
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently
• Positive, warm, and professional demeanor
• Weekend availability required
• Must be 21+ and comfortable serving wine
