We are currently hiring 2 Office Administrators for a busy, growing company in West Wareham, MA . If you have QuickBooks experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour , based on experience

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Day Shift
• Overtime
• Plenty of hours available due to increased workload

Job Summary:

The Office Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy office by handling administrative tasks, assisting with bookkeeping, and providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Welcome visitors and provide professional customer service
• Manage emails, correspondence, and office communications
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Process invoices and assist with bookkeeping using QuickBooks
• Maintain organized paper and electronic filing systems
• Order office supplies and coordinate office needs
• Assist with employee onboarding and general administrative support
• Maintain accurate records and databases
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• QuickBooks experience is required
• Previous office administration or administrative assistant experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
• Professional attitude with strong customer service skills
