* Practice independently with strong clinical and administrative support, including adult and geriatric care programs
* BE/BC Family Medicine physician eligible for Massachusetts licensure, DEA, and major payer credentialing
* Maintain hospital admitting privileges at Baystate Medical Center and Mercy Medical Center
* Deliver culturally and linguistically responsive care to underserved and diverse patient populations
* Participate in on-call coverage, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities
