Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Machine Operators to join our expanding team. With a rich history of innovation and manufacturing excellence, our company specializes in producing twisted wire brushes, medical brushes, cosmetic brushes, and gun-blazing brushes. We are experiencing significant growth and looking for production associates to work in both manual assembly and automated areas.

Responsibilities

• Load machines with material for threading.
• Fill and assemble orders based on customer specifications.
• Document quality errors or scrap.

Essential Skills

• Consistent work history with good reasons for employment changes.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to move around the production floor, sit or stand for an entire shift.
• Effective communication skills for documenting machine updates and scrap.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior machine operating experience or strong mechanical skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and write simple correspondence.
• Strong math skills, including the ability to add, multiply, divide, and work with fractions and decimals.

Work Environment

Our manufacturing facility is clean, loud, and climate-controlled, providing a comfortable and efficient working environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Palmer, MA.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $22.00/hr.
