Project Manager
Pay: $140,000 - $175,000+ depending on experience

We are partnered up with one of the fastest growing General Contractors as they continue to expand their footprint across the Boston market. With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality builds on time and within budget, they pride themselves on fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment for their employees. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager in the Boston area who can lead and oversee large-scale wood frame projects from start to finish. If this sounds like you, please read on! What You Get to Do:
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
- Manage relationships with subcontractors, vendors, owners, and architects
- Oversee project financials, including contracts, budgets, and purchase orders
- Work closely with field teams and superintendents to keep projects on track
- Conduct regular site visits, safety checks, and team meetings
- 8+ years of experience in construction project management
- Prior experience working on wood-frame multifamily projects
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
- Excellent base salary ($140,000 - $175,000) + annual bonuses
