Salary: $55,000.00

We’re seeking a Shift Supervisor who’s ready to make a difference every day. This role is perfect for someone who leads with compassion, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is dedicated to helping others rebuild their lives.
What You’ll Do:
As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to leader on your shift — ensuring smooth shelter operations, guiding your team, and supporting guests with empathy and respect. You’ll:
- Supervise and support direct care staff, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and structured environment.
- Collaborate with the Shelter Director and Case Managers to identify needs and improve shelter operations.
- Engage with guests, offering support, guidance, and connections to community resources.
- Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and training staff to uphold high standards of care.
- Oversee meal service, safety inspections, and facility upkeep.
- Respond to crises with professionalism and compassion — maintaining calm, clear leadership.
This is a hands-on leadership role , primarily scheduled 1 PM – 9 PM , with one weekend shift each week and on-call responsibilities.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services (preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Experience in homelessness services, mental health, trauma, or substance use support.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and assessment skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a heart for service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- A reliable, insured vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Bilingual skills are a plus!
