**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the healthcare location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
+ Maintain detailed records and logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
+ Collaborate with staff and visitors to address security-related concerns and provide assistance as needed within the healthcare environment.
+ Remain alert to changes in the environment and report any suspicious activity or hazards to appropriate personnel.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Lifting more than 20 lbs is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
