Schedule Details:

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position designed for someone who enjoys a consistent routine with a touch of variety:

• Sunday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Note: Includes rotating holidays.

QUALIFICATIONS OF CUSTODIAN

• Experience in general cleaning of residences, hotels, or health care residences preferred. Must have an understanding of older, frail adults and their needs. Time management skills and the ability to communicate with residents and staff required.
• Ability to speak and read English and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
