System Administrator - Atlassian

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a System Administrator for Atlassian products to join a top global consulting firm. This firm delivers solutions through innovative management consulting, technology, and corporate & digital ventures. The system admin will be joining a collaborative international IT team supporting SaaS platforms within an agile environment. The system admin will be responsible for configuring 4-5 tasks at a time and is expected to have strong knowledge of Atlassian tools/platforms, including Jira, Confluence, and Rovo.

This position starts off as a 6-month contract, with the expectation of being extend to 12 months. Individuals must be located in Costa Rica and comfortable working 7am-4pm hours.

Pay Rate: $11/hr-$20/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including geographic location, skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with Jira software administration in a complex, multi-team environment

• Experience with Jira product discovery and confluence

• Strong knowledge of Atlassian strategy collection and exposure to Atlassian Rovo, with the ability to translate capabilities into practical use cases

• Strong experience designing and managing Jira automation at scale

• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban ways of working

• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills - Atlassian certifications
