Job Title: Heat Treater Helper

Job Description

As a Heat Treater Helper, you will play a crucial role in the heat treatment process, ensuring that screws are properly coated. You will be responsible for handling bolts and placing them within metal racks for heat treatment in a state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities

• Transfer screws from the manufacturing building to the heat treat building.
• Place 12-18 inch bolts individually within metal racks for coating.
• Stand on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours a day during shifts.

Essential Skills

• General production experience
• Racking and packaging knowledge
• Ability to perform general labor tasks
• Proven attendance record from prior employers

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in construction and unloading
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment

You will be working in a cutting-edge heat treat facility, standing for 12 hours during weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays. You will collaborate with Heat Treat operators in temperature-controlled racking rooms currently under construction. Weekend shift hours include Day shift on Saturday & Sunday from 11 am to 11 pm, and Night shift on Friday & Saturday from 11 pm to 11 am.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.60 - $22.50/hr.
