Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role you will provide support to our owner/president, as well as our team of engineers and surveyors. This position will have various responsibilities and will include both office and financial management skills.
Responsibilities
- Track staff time to project budget and billing system
- Manage weekly payroll
- Process invoices
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Manage vendors such as insurance and suppliers
- Assist with client inquiries
- Assist with proposal development
- Assist with preparing and assembling engineering reports and permit applications
- Manage and track staff vacation time
Qualifications
- 0-5 Years of experience in a similar position
- An Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration will be considered in lieu or as a supplement to experience.
- A positive attitude and outlook is a must
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
- Strong communication skills
